Simply sign up a free account and dial the toll-free access number to record messages. All recorded messages will be emailed directly to you in compact .wav file format. WebShuttle Free is perfect for recording dictation, conference calls, personal notes or any type of telephone conversation. Telephone touch tones can be used to control record, play, pause, rewind and fast forward functions.
WebShuttle Lite is perfect for small companies with a few users
WebShuttle Lite manages transcription workflow for the small organizations. WebShuttle Lite features include document management, transcription workflow, and custom reporting. WebShuttle Lite offers secure web access through the web portal.
WebShuttle Premium is awesome for large organizations with lots of users
WebShuttle Premium manages transcription workflow for the entire organization. Features include document management, transcription workflow, electronic signature and custom reporting. WebShuttle Premium offers access through the web portal and it integrates with DocShuttle Transcription software. WebShuttle Premium service provides call-in dictation via toll-free number. You are billed only for what you use. Each dictator is given a unique 4-digit ID. When calling the toll-free number, the dictator is prompted to enter the 4-digit ID and then begin dictating. The caller can be prompted to enter other information such as medical record number and account number.
