WavPlayer
WavPlayer by Bytescribe is an audio player program that allows the user to listen to standard sound files while controlling them with a foot pedal or with hot keys on the keyboard. A transcriptionist can transcribe dictated reports without taking her hands off of the keyboard. The foot pedal controls the play, pause, rewind and fast forward functions.
DocShuttle Transcriptionist
DocShuttle Transcriptionist module is used to download voice files and upload completed documents. It integrates with Bytescribe WavPlayer to allow the transcriptionist to play standard sound files such as WAV, VOX, MP3 or Olympus DSS / DS2.
DocShuttle Dictator
The DocShuttle Dictator module allows automatic importing of voice files from handheld recorders, automatic uploading of voice files to an FTP site, and automatic downloading of completed text documents from the FTP site.
DocShuttle Administrator
The DocShuttle Administrator module is for the manager of the transcription organization. This module is used to set user permissions, monitor status of jobs, run productivity reports, and transfer audio files. It can be used to manage an unlimited number of dictators and transcriptionists. DocShuttle can manage audio files from any source including mobile phone apps, handheld recorders and dictation systems.
