Dictators record via phone or recorder; voice files route to transcriptionists. Completed documents are uploaded and available in WebShuttle for viewing, editing, and e-signature. Transcriptionists download voice files and upload transcripts (online or via DocShuttle). Administrators manage workflow, run reports, and control account settings.
