The person typing the documents in DocShuttle Transcriptionists should check the following:

If your documents are being saved with a .doc extension, you should make sure the settings in Word match. To do this, click the "Office Button" in MS Word, then click "Word Options", then click "Save" under the options, then make sure that the "Save file in this format" is set to "Word 97-2003 Document (*.doc)".
