Audio files can be automatically transcribed using speech recognition. This process is shown below.

Find the audio file you wish to transcribe using speech recognition in the Home page and click on the file name link as shown below.



On the File Details page, click Speech Rec to auto transcribe your audio file.



A pop-up will appear on the screen and the user will be prompted to confirm sending the audio file for speech recognition.



The speech recognition transcription will show up in the text box titled Body. Click Create Document to create a new Word document containing the transcribed text.



A pop-up of a text box will appear where the user can edit the transcript before creating the document. The audio file will be displayed at the bottom left corner of the text box shown below, in order to assist the user with the final edits before the document is created. The Beautify button will auto-organize the content of your document into headings, separate paragraphs, etc.



Once the document has been created, the user can click on one of the editor buttons to edit the document.
