Importing Orator Users

Users can be created in the Orator Dictation System by creating a file name for each user in the "C:\Dictation System\Users" folder. As long as a file has the proper naming convention, it will be accepted by the Orator system as the user profile. Below is a chart that describes the file naming convention and the fields within the file name. When the Orator system creates a new user, it copies a file called "C:\Dictation System\Prompts\name.vox" into the "C:\Dictation System\Users" folder and names it with the proper file naming convention.
You could write a custom utility to create users in this folder. If you have any questions on how to do this please let us know.
