Using the built-in audio player in WebShuttle

Currently, the built-in audio player only plays *.mp3 files from within the File Details page of WebShuttle.

There are 2 ways to access the File Details page of WebShuttle.

The first option is to simply click on the File Name of the dictation from the Home page as shown below.

The second option is to click on the word "Details" under the Action menu as below.

Both methods above will take you to the File Details page of WebShuttle. At the top of the file details information you will see the following built-in audio. You can play, pause, and adjust the volume of the audio file as needed.

If you are having trouble using the built-in audio player within the File Details page of WebShuttle, please make sure you are not trying to access WebShuttle via a email account portal website like AOL, Yahoo, Hotmail, etc.

We recommend accessing WebShuttle directly via a web browser (i.e. Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox) rather than an email account portal similar to those mentioned above.

If you continue to have issues, please email helpdesk@bytescribe.com.
